Sorry it this is old news but it has happened to me yesterday!
If you own a Mitsubishi
WD-52631, WD-57731, WD-65731, WD-Y57, WD-Y65, WD-57732, WD-65732, WD-57831, WD-65831
you can get a warning saying
TV will shut down in a few seconds - makes sure air flow is not blocked.
The orange status light will flash saying ambient room temp is too high!
It's a known problem and they have extended the warranty two extra years so you can get it fixed.
To get around this problem until you get it fixed - you need to unplug the set completely to "cool" it down. Then plug it in( we used a switch) for a cold start.
