Tribute to Blondes - Page 6

Re: Tribute to Blondes

Beaver Cleaver had a hot mom and some hot teachers...

Barbara Billingsley as June Cleaver

And here's Diane Brewster (Miss Canfield):

Sue Randall (the brunette who played Miss Landers) was my fave...after June, of course.

Little known fact: Jerry Mathers grew up to be Eddie Van Halen! Now you know where Hot For Teacher came from!

In the absence of makeup, it doesn't work as well as the "Eddie Haskell is Alice Cooper/Paul Pfeiffer is Marilyn Manson" rumors

Re: Tribute to Blondes

I vastly prefer Kate Winslet as a redhead, but I think her photo shoot as a blond for Vanity Fair have me rethinking my policy towards sunny-haired chicks.

I guess Vanity Fair is stepping things up a bit...

You know who always reminded me of Yvonne? Sophia Myles of the late, lamented, Moonlight:

I saw a headline about Vanity Fair having to apologize to Kate about the shoot - and assumed she was unhappy with how much skin was shown. Turns out she didn't mind the skin, she was upset about the fur.

As a PETA member, Ms. Winslet insisted on artificial fur for the pictures, and she was outraged to learn after the fact that the photographer had shot her on a real fur rug.

You may all now compose your own "carpet and drapes" jokes in your own filthy little minds.

Joe

For what it's worth, I think that Heroes has the best looking cast on television, particularly in the blonde female department.

I only know her from Boston Legal.

That first shot you posted of Kristen Bell is what put her in my mind...

Grace Kelly would have been 89 today (11/12/2008):

Grace Kelly: a magical mix of elegance and sex appeal.

Along the more va-va-voom type of appeal...another pic of Scarlet:

Re: Tribute to Blondes

I can't find a decent picture, but I find Mika B of MSNBC's Morning Joe extremely attractive. (Unfortunately, Joe Scarborough makes the show nigh unwatchable.)

Re: Tribute to Blondes

Was watching Jennie Garth on Fifth Grader. She has an adorable personality and looks like an older Kristen Bell.

The lovely and talented Kate Winslet:

Needs a naming, Sil.

Re: Tribute to Blondes

I agree Kate is quite the babe, but don't like those pictures of her at all. Too generic, and too airbrushed.

Plus I vastly prefer her as a redhead.

Re: Tribute to Blondes

I'm not a fan of Kate at all, but I think that 2nd picture of her is pretty hot.

Re: Tribute to Blondes

The top picture of Winslet was the cover of Parade Magazine today. I'm afraid she looks really terrible there to me.

Is it just me or does the third pic remind you of Madonna? And I don't mean that as a compliment.

Almost like someone gene-spliced Madonna and Lindsay Lohan. And I don't mean that in a good way, either. (The first pic reminds me slightly of Sarah Jessica Parker - and I don't mean that in a... well, you get the idea.)

Some additional pics of Kate as a blonde, for those of us who didn't care for those three:

Re: Tribute to Blondes

That's better. (And the second picture in the earlier post is actually quite nice. )
