I've got an Onkyo TX-850 from 1988. I think something related to the power supply is blown and has been for years. Is there anything remarkable about the Onkyo TX-850?
I can't provide a URL for the manual (first post, sorry), but a Google search for "onkyo tx 850" found a page containing a free PDF within the first five results.
It's a nice looking receiver for something manufactured 20 years back. I'm really asking this because I'm wondering if there's something unique that an audiophile would prefer over absolutely anything made within the past ten years.
[EDIT: chopped up the original post)
