I don't think Natalie is at all attractive. Fake boobs + icky face = cold water.

Alexis is pretty damn hot, though. Looks like next week Ozzy notices, too.

I'm thinking Ozzy might be pretty close to Yul for best player the game has ever seen. He's really come a long way from being the background physical threat from his first time on the show.

I think Ozzy is a little too arrogant (or getting an "arrogant" edit by the producers) this season. Time will tell if it bites him in the butt.

At least Natalie spoke more than 3 words in this episode. She's really below the radar this season.

I definitely noticed this too. I was hoping some of the other players would get their act together and vote him out, but of course that hasn't happened.

Of course he does have the Immunity Idol, so his position is pretty good right now.

Amanda is hot. Natalie, I don't like. But Alexis, definitely my favourite. Very cute. DIsappointed they show her so rarely.

Regarding the final scene in the next week preview:

Firstly, it's bloody funny, and should be a great scene.

But in an another way, it's a big disappointment to me. I was looking forward to watching Jason try to play the "idol", just to see how Probst would react. I mean, he ripped into whats-her-name last season for her fake idol, and at least she was playing an actual piece of production desing that was close to the actual idol. How much would Probst ridicule a guy that tries to play a stick? Sadly, it looks like he might not play it after all, and we'll just have to hope for ridicule at the reunion.

How much you wanna bet that Ozzy will pull a James when it comes to NOT using the immunity idol. He might just be getting so cocky about his position in the group that he thinks no one will vote him out.

I also wish that the fake idol could have had a chance in being played, but it looks like it won't be after last weeks preview. Such a shame! I always enjoy seeing stupid people do stupid things.

It's possible that Jason will play the darn thing anyway. I'm dying to see how this plays out because Eliza and others know someone has found the idol. This will lead to speculation, possible blind-side scenarios, and the like. But I'm hoping Jason, not the sharpest tool in the shed, plays the idol inspite of what the others tell him.

And don't forget James & Parvati (on Jason's tribe) know Ozzy has the HII. They seem to be keeping to themselves.

IIRC, Amanda is the only person on Ozzy's tribe who knows.

In older seasons when the idol could be used after the vote, it made sense to keep it secret. Now however, I think it would make sense to let everyone know you have it. I would also threaten to use it before every tribal council, convincing others to cast their tribal vote to take out someone else. The tribe could still try a blindside and hope for the best, but it would really make every tribemate reconsider before casting a vote for the idol holder and maybe chicken out.

Yes, this is a common side effect of a boob job -- nipple implants are common because the loss of sensitivity results in flaccid nipples, so some women elect to keep them standing at attention permanently. That's why Jennifer Aniston's nips poke through sweaters, overcoats, etc.

That's why Tracey had the same issue.

Funniest episode of Survivor I've ever seen.......damn that was good.

Wish they didn't put that 'It's just a stick' segment in last week's preview though.....It would have had more of an impact not knowing that part.

It's now my goal to make "It's a f*cking stick!" a national catchphrase.

Eliza was my favorite person left...now it's all up to Cirie and to a lesser degree James and an even lesser degree Ozzy to save things. Natalie is easily the most boring contestant ever on the show.

Agreed. Good episode. Some very funny moments.

Couldn't help but feeling the whole "Ozzy as Godfather" vibe during the episode, though. He's really not being careful about being overtly "in charge" of the entire game. I also don't know if he's smart enough to realize when somebody's going to make a play on him.

I'm looking forward to seeing how that aspect of this season develops.

I haven't laughed so hard in a while. Jeff calling out Eliza and saying "it's hard to miss you rolling your eyes" was funny as hell. And of course Eliza playing the stick was just too much. I was almost in tears, especially when Ozzy said "it took me hours to make that" and James was cracking up.

Is it me or does it seem that the merge happened sooner than usual? Tribal council last night was packed!! I don't recall seeing so many contestants together in one tribal council before.

Merge with 10 left. Isn't that about right? Was always 10 and the first person out would be the last person left off the jury until they added the third finalist. It's a little sooner than usual episode-wise because of Jonathan and the crazy lady leaving without being voted out, but the merge with 10 is pretty standard.
