Definitely. The key is to get two movies that you really want to own...NOT to get two movies that are BOTH the same price.
I've certainly made that mistake in the past. You are much better off getting two movies that really interest you rather than trying to get the best "bang for the buck." Because in the long run, you really aren't getting the best return on the dollar if you aren't going to re-watch the film.
