Billy Boy cartoon?

Hey all.

I want two cartoons from my youth and I wondered if they were on DVD yet. Both feature a blue wolf. In one, he gets an unwelcome goat as a pet and tries to get rid of it. In the other, he contends with the three little pigs. I think they were done by Tex Avery and wonder if both are on DVD. The wolf talks in a country accent.

Billy Boy is available as an extra on WHV's new Executive Suite DVD.
