Looking for a very small subwoofer

I need a small subwoofer for a secondary system I have set up. I am only running three fron speakers and they are less than capable on the low end.

My problem is that the sub has to be as small as possible. I don't expect big bass or even very low bass, I just need to fadd a little more depth to the sound without having to add a piece of furniture in this room.

Any help is much appreciated.

Re: Looking for a very small subwoofer

You haven't stated your budget, but if you want small subs the Def Tech Super Cube III is 10"x10"x10". That's pretty small.
You'd have to listen to it to see if it does what you like, but it fits your size requirements. Here's more info: Definitive Technology Powered Subwoofers

Re: Looking for a very small subwoofer

Thanks for the idea guys. They all look like viable options.

I don't really have a budget in mind, just small.

I have run across a couple of low, flat subwoofers, like 4.5" tall so
they can fit under or behind furniture. Has anyone had experiience with any of these. They are not like bass shakers (which I have in the theater)
