Amazon problem..where'd my Twin Peaks go?

Never had a problem with Amazon before, now that I do I can't figure out how to fix it.
Talking to a human would help, but their promise to "call me back" in 5,10 or 15 minutes...didn't happen.
I ordered Blade Runner and Twin Peaks months ago.
I guess every ones BR is coming late, that's not my problem
Tracking says my Twin Peaks was given to the carrier on Nov. 7 and is due on Nov. 14.
It is "in transit".
Since I couldn't communicate with them I went to "return"....didn't see an option for "cancel".
Reason I gave was "did not arrive on time.
Now, if I re-order, the price is up $8.00
Meantime, I guess they'll be waiting for me to mail back a package I never got.

Any helpful ideas?

Give them a call to explain the situation. Far easier than emailing.

Yes, I tried. (:

This doesn't matter any more, I canceled the order and bought the set from Waterloo Video in Austin, a store I'm glad to support even if I pay a few dollars more.
