help callibrating sharp Lcd Tv

very confused about the settings on my new TV. Didnt like the factory settings way to bright. Any suggestions

Greetings

Use a test disc like AVIA or DVE or Monster Cable ISF and follow the instructions.

Also can use the Free THX optimode feature on THX certified discs to do a basic calibration of the tV.
