I have access to 5,000 ft of EXTREMELY rare coaxial cable that was made for the Apollo 12 moon mission. Some of this cable is still laying up there. It is silver coated copper and is about the size of RG-6. There is no more of this stuff and what we have will never be made again (I have documentation to prove all of this)
Would anyone out there think there is a market for making interconnects from this stuff? It is extreamly high quality and cost about $25 a foot to make in 1966.
Seems like it would not only be very good interconnect cable, but also interesting owning a piece of history in your home theater.
Any feedback welcome.
