Nope. No disrespect intended, Scott. These "Tribute" threads are pretty light-hearted affairs--opportunities to kick back, enjoy the scenery, and have some fun. Not anything to be taken too seriously.

I'm in pretty much the same boat except for the suicide part, i've just learned to be happy with my own company, plus I have great friends and i've found that that's all I really need at the end of the day.

You know, I absolutely hate it when I'm watching a sporting event and the technical director, after a particular player or coach does something good, cuts to a shot of the coach's or player's wife.

I hate it! Except, of course, when that player is Tony Parker of the San Antonio Spurs. His wife is Eva Longoria:
