I liked the finale, but it was probably my least favorite episode of the season. I realize this show is supposed to be quirky and surreal in an 'Arrested Development' sort of way, but this one was just too over the top for me. Glad to hear it will be back.

I really doubt it. Universal seems to only be interested in releasing cult sci-fi shows (like Battlestar Galactica and Heroes) in high def right now. Maybe once The Office starts getting released on Blu Ray, you might see a 30 Rock release.
