Anthem AVM-20 is now upgradeable to AVM-50 spec as of this week! 
Is is being call the AVM-20 HD
Price is $2600 CAD for upgrade from AVM-20v2 or $2900 CAD for anyone with the older v1 (ie without board upgrade). Not sure on US prices, but based on exchange they should be very similar.
