When are the award show going to start honoring more than one genre of film. Every year there is an amazing comedy, musical, or action film that isn't nominated, but a chick flick does. I would love to see different categories for different types of films.

FOR EXAMPLE

I really love the movie HATCHET this year. THe story was good and the visual affects were amazing. It was also extremely entertaining. I don't anyone who hasn't loved this film. The only problem is that its a SCARY MOVIE, and no scary movie is going to made an oscar contender. I was trying to post some links but I couldn't, so try looking them up on YouTube, check out the one called Exfoliation Hatchet style!!!


All I'm saying is add more categories for different types of movies.

Right. And Silence of the Lambs didn't scare anyone at all before winning picture, director, actor, actress and adapted screenplay.

I got another one for you. DAMAGES is freaking awesome. I just bought the DVD set for my girlfriend because she kept asking me. So I sat down and watched the first episode. I ended up watching the whole season in a weekend. Ted Danson was amazing, he was on the brink of being pure evil. Glen Close Manipulated everyone. EMMY is all I got to say. I'll have Grammy choices later
