How to embed video QuickTime video, YouTube style?

Can anyone explain how (if possible) to embed QuickTime video in a webpage YouTube style? That is, the player and first frame are visible, but the movie doesn't actually load until the user clicks the Play button. This allows multiple movies to be placed on a page without killing the user with tens of MB all downloading at once.

Here's just one, random, example: http://www.afterapple.com/adam-knigh...ore-the-domain

Thanks!

Not exactly the same, but you create a separate one-frame "poster movie". You can Google "quicktime poster movie" and "quicktime poster frame" for more, like this fancy stuff.

QuickTime movies also have a "poster frame", which is the thumbnail they show in the Finder. The two are not directly related, although you can certainly use the poster frame for the poster movie.
