Re: Weekly RoundUp 7-24-2007

I'm also wondering which version of Bourne Identity is in that set. If anyone finds out, please post. I'll post if I find out in the meantime.

Does anyone know which version of the Bourne Identity is in the Bourne Files?

Looks to be the second release (i.e. "Explosive Extended Edition") since that version dropped the director's commentary and the DTS track, neither of which are listed as features on Universal Home Video's information page for the "The Bourne Files: 3-Disc Collection."

Re: Weekly RoundUp 7-24-2007

Stopped at Target this morning, and the only copies of The Host that I could find were the 2 disc version selling for $19.99! Very confusing....

Just Weeds Season 2 on Blu Ray for me. Best Buy had 10 copies in Durham, which was suprising.

Re: Weekly RoundUp 7-24-2007

Has anyone picked up the Doris Day/Rock Hudson set? Does it have the corrected version of Pillow talk, or did Universal screw this up again?

Mark: Don't have your answer about the Day/Hudson set...but, instead, I have a question.

I checked out your 2k7 DVD Challenge link in your sig and realized what you are doing. If I understand it correctly, you track when you view DVDs and also keep a running list of those DVDs you have yet to watch.

Why do you do this?! I ask because it would seem, to me, to emphasize the frustrating position of "so many movies, so little time."

Do you find tracking this actually helps you focus on the task at hand? Or, is it just fun to do?

Call me curious!

I own the original collector's edition of Bourne Identity, This new set's disc #1looks to have the Explosive/Extended content, but added back the director's commentary from the first Collector's Edition DVD release. Still...no dts track from the first release...
