I got a set of these in my email , but when I try to print them I get printer not ready error e-20. I have no idea what this is, but this same printer will print a Borders online coupon with no problems as fast as I click on it. Has anyone else had this problem. Print with Brother 420 using OS XP MCE.

I originally posted this in the Coupons forum, but Patrick Sun suggested that I save a copy of the .PDF to my hard drive and to repost here if I still couldn't print. I did that and got the same error so here I am. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks!
