I showed my mom (82) my Mitsubishi DLP HD set the other week and she was amazed that it looked 3D. Oddly enough my low tech brother said the same thing, that it looked three dimensional.
I suppose it does and then started thinking . . . WHY?
The only think I can come up with is the ultra clarity in objects in the foreground compared to slightly less sharp background. Giving it a 3D look.
Anyone else see the 3D and have ideas why?
