Stuck Pixel

I was reading here about this stuff. This is a stuck pixel. This program for the computer seems to be able to fix stuck pixels in 20 minute. Is there anything I can try on my canon LCD that would unstick this blue pixel?

Is the blue pixel on your camera's LCD screen, which the manual says may happen and does not constitute a failure as it doesn't affect the photographs you take, or is it on your camera's sensor, and thus showing up in your pictures?
