Where to stick discussion on documentaries originally on TV?

This is a dumb question, but many films, e.g. the works of Ken Burns, are both documentaries and were produced originally for broadcast. Where is the best place to discuss such documentaries: in "films/documentaries" or in "TV shows"? A search on Ken Burns turns up equal numbers of threads in the two forums.

My present concern is where to stick discussions about some documentary films on Idaho produced by Idaho Public Broadcasting which are now available on DVD. Are they primarily "documentaries" or primarily "TV shows"?

PBS documentaries in general are a pain to find in the DVD world...there is no national PBS clearinghouse for such DVDs: you have to go search the individual websites of the local affiliates in all 50 states if you want to find hidden gems.

Any documentary that was originally made and then broadcast on television should be discussed in the software area for television programs. If a documentary was made for and then shown in the movie theater that should be discussed in the software area for movies and documentaries.
