I'm having major issues with my Teamspeak host right now (www.progamerhosting.com)
Our server has been down for two days, nobody is answering their (non toll free) phone number or answering queries to support email, and their info email reports that the mailbox is full.
Not real good customer service. I've had issues with them in the past but they are relatively inexepensive and mostly reliable, but this is the last straw for me, especially as I just sent them a big check for my 50 person service last week. I'm going to dispute the charge at paypal if they dont satisfy my requests in the next day or so.
So, anyone got good advise on who I should move to? I dont want some fly by night outfit, I need a reliable service who actually has more than one guy who might actually answer their phones when something invariably goes wrong.
