Help me choose a new camera, pretty please

I'm looking to replace my old 3.2 mp Sony; price range is $230 or less.

Considering this: http://www.circuitcity.com/ssm/Speci...cation.do#tabs

Any thoughts or other recommendations?

Thanks,

Jon

yes, absolutely get it. can't go wrong with the canons. I've had the A 75, 540 and SD450. they all take great pics and I prefer them to all other point and shoot. plus the A ones are getting really really cheap!

oh, go for the 570 IS though if you can afford it. image stabilization help a LOT especially if you take a lot of indoorsy stuff

In that price range, I would recommend at least taking a good look at the Fuji F20 or F30 and not just a Canon, especially if you like shooting indoors.

I would recommend an Olympus Evolt 330, and buy it on E-Bay. I've saved thousands of dollars shopping from E-Bay. Just buy from a reputable seller. The Evolt 330 is a professional grade camera, and one of the only models offering 'live view'. A feature we take for granted on little digital cameras.

This camera was selling for $900 in December, but they came out with new models, that brought the price down considerably. I saw them now in the $200-$300 range. This camera will wow you.

Check it out, and happy shopping!

I appreciate all the recommendations.

I went ahead and bought this one:http://www.circuitcity.com/ssm/Fujif...Detail.do#tabs

So far, I'm 100% satisfied with it.
