Identity DVD has boomy dialouge tracks?

The movie with John Cusack, Amanda Peet, Ray Liota and John Hawkes (You Me and Everyone We Know). I picked up this columbia pictures Sony dvd used for cheap and when we watched it, I noticed that the Dolby Digital 5.1 track had very boomy dialouge. I'm using a new receiver, so it had me concerned. Did anybody else notice the rather boomy dialouge? It was like when you hear the voise of a radio announcer with the exaggeratted bass in the voice making it boomy. It wasn't extreme, but it was definitely noticable and annoying.

Anybody?

Did you check the settings on your receiver? You might want to make sure dialogue normalization is turned off.

The only setting my receiver has is "NIGHT" and I used that for the next movie we watched too, "The Pursuit of Happyness" with Will Smith. All dialouge was perfect on that dvd so no worries about the dvd player and/or receiver. I checked a few others dvd's and no problems, so who knows.
