Magnolia and Boogie Nights on 5/8 - anything new?

I saw on the bits today that these two are being reissued on 5/8, and (if you look at my image) I'm obviously a big fan of these films.

I'd seen the 2 disc releases at Costco for very cheap in the last few months, so were these out of print and being brought back?

or is there something new?

any info anyone has is appreciated!

They're both New Line titles which is a Warner Bros. company and if you look at the rest of that Digital Bits blurb you'll see that a massive amount of Warner Bros. double-feature discs was announced at the same time so I'm thinking there's a good chance that this is a "Boogie Nights"/"Magnolia" double-feature flipper disc.

Magnolia might be OOP but Boogie Nights definitely isn't
