I just installed a Tv tuner into one of my pc's. The picture quality is good to great all all of the channels from 02-74. After these, the channels get very fuzzy or static filled. I was wondering if anyone here has had this problem, and if so what can be done to eliminate it?

Is it possible that the splitter is bad, or the cable connecting it?
