XP TO MCE

Hello, I just bought Windows MCE 2005 upgrade from Newegg and I am ready to install it in an older Compaq XP unit and i was wondering if anyone has any
installation tips. I read somewhere that there is a certain order to install it.
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you
