NAD 208 & Paradigm 11Se MKIII

Hi, I am new to this. I have an NAD 208 amp that I paid just over $2,000 for and a pair of Paradigm 11Se MKIII speakers that I paid just over $1,000 for. I have to sell them and I really don't know how much to ask. Could anyone give me some kind of idea as to what they are worth?

I hope this is the price you originally paid for them back in the early 90's and not recently !

If you're lucky and the gear is in good condition, I'm guessing you could get $350-$700 for the NAD 208 and maybe $200-$300 for the Paradigms. I'd check out Audiogon's "Audio Blue Book" if you want to maximize your sale.

I'll say that whoever gets your 11SE mk3s for $300 is getting a great set of speakers regardless of their age. I used to (about 4yrs ago) have a 7.1 setup consisting of 5SE MK3 mains, 3SE MK3 center and surrounds, and Mini Mk3 back surrounds. Since the Monitor Series was already in Mk2 I was able to get the SE MK3s for around $600 total and to this day I think that setup was one of th best values I've ever seen put together.

The only problem I can think of is if someone were buying the SEs to build a multichanel setup around... it may be difficult for them to find surrounds and especially a center (I was lucky to find someone selling a set of 3 x 3SE MK3s).
