I joined lala.com 10 months ago and have since traded 147 CDs total. They charge a little less than $2 a trade and provide the postage-included envelopes. You put together separate Have and Want lists from which you can send out from the former CDs you don't want anymore. Items from your Want list are automatically sent you to one the sender okays them for shipment. My only problem with the service is that I'm down to the CDs I want to keep so my activity has dropped for my moderately sized (600 CD) collection.
