Time is off!

Right now, I'm seeing the message

Of course, my computer clock and my house clock and all agree that it is an hour before that. I started noticing this just a little while ago, but it may have been going on for days, for all the attention I pay.

I'd actually gone back to my settings today to see what had come loose. Just now saw a post in Area 51 to this subject and realized it wasn't me.

I thought I was having some time travel issues. Was I in the past? suddenly in the future? Ha. I'm sure it will get resolved...
