Game Classification Question

I did a search but couldn't find anything on this.
I'm interested in certain types of computer/console games but am not sure of what they are called.
For instance, I really like the Warcraft type of game. Would this be considered a strategy game or RPG?
I like the way the game is presented and the way you control your units. Similar to Age of Empires and Galactic Battlegrounds.
I am trying to find other games that use this style.

Look for Real Time Strategy games or RTS for short.

I'm not a huge fan of these games, so the only other game that comes to mind is Command & Conquer.

If you're looking for other RTS games to play, "Company of Heroes" has won many accolades, and I've seen plenty of advance praise for "Supreme Commander."

An older game that I really like, was Fallout Tactics. Really a lot of fun, and it's now a Cheapie!
