While I haven't given up hope we'll see "Dobie", as it's my most-wanted unreleased sitcom behind "Two Guys, a Girl, and a Pizza Place", its disheartening to see this thread bumped up.

Paul Brownstein's name hasn't surfaced recently (unless I've missed it)...is he working on anything to anyone's knowledge?  The CPO Sharkey reference mentioned earlier in the thread never panned out in terms of an actual release either.
