need Help in san diego

hello every one... new guy

i have been working on narrowing a list down for quite some time and i have worked out what i am interested in. my choices focused on budget, reputation, room i have to work with and my location for purchasing. my wallet can handle $800 shipped.

5 channel setup from SVS
Axiom M2s and vp100 center
Monitor Audio Bronze B1 and Bcenter
Infinity beta 10s and C250 center

im not looking for opinions though they are welcome. i would really like to find enthusiasts in the San Diego area that would be willing to meet or help me hear these models out.

my current setups:
Denon avr-686s - main PC
low end Onkyo TX-sr304 - Media center PC
low end pioneer center and surrounds
SVS PB12-NSD
canare 4 lead paired 14 gauge speaker wire
mid rang IXOS interconnectors, sub, spdif opti and coax

Hi K

If I was you, I would take a little trip to the HSU factory store. I don't have the address handy, but they are in California...you can get a pretty good demo of their bookshelf speakers and various subwoofers...their bookshelf speakers have done very well at recent high end audio shows...

good one... thanks man. there in Anahiem, not to far. i was lookin at HSU befor i bought my PB12nsd. the bookshelf they designed looks solid and i would love to go up there one day to hear there other subs but for fun.
