List of Xbox games that are safe for Xbox 360?

Is there a list of Xbox games that are safe to play on the 360? I ask because while I'm into the newer games, my wife wants to use it for the "arcade classics" that we owned on the original Xbox. I'm not sure if these are safe to use or not. I'm also not sure about the original Halo, PGR, etc.

Any help is appreciated.

Not sure what you mean about being safe on the 360, but here is this complete list of backwards compatible Xbox games for the 360.
