Dr No R2 sound problem?

Finally got around to watching Dr No (ultimate edition). Noticed a marked drop in sound level after 1 hour 18 mins just as they meet the "dragon". It lasted about 10 minutes and then came back to the previous level; the problem seemed to be the same on both the DD and DTS trtacks. Anyone else experienced this?
Also what are we doing with Dutch subtitles on the restoration intro to the film?

Just had a quick check and yes did notice a drop in the sound level where you highlighted. Thought it seemed to last for just a couple of minutes but have to admit my sound system is not the best so that could explain that.

Also checked the restoration intro to the film but do not get the Dutch subtitles.
