Just a heads-up that I got a set of iBlaster 5.1 speakers at my local Ross store for $35. They retail for $150 and go for around $100 online. The sound quality isn't going to impress anybody, but they're certainly worth the price. They work fine with a PC (5.1 or 2.1 jacks) or any audio source with a regular 1/8" output. They'll fake 5.1 from a stereo source (but only if you set them to). Plus, my wife likes them a lot because they're rather nice-looking.
No guarantees, but check your local discount stores (Ross, Marshalls, TJ Maxx, Home Goods) and maybe you'll get lucky too. The Ross I went to only had one set though.
