I think it was last year when Borders had several of Fantasy records jazz cd's on sale which I picked up like Miles Davis Workin', Relaxin',and Workin'. A few month's later I noticed that these Miles Davis titles had been reissued in newly remastered Rudy Van Gelder Editions. I purchased Walkin' yesterday and now I'm keen to buy Steamin. But it hasn't been reissued in an RVG Edition yet. As a matter of fact, although the album has been remastered after the original '91 edition, it appears only the '91 edition is readily available in stores. Has this remained in print because it is considered the best version, or should I wait for an RVG edition?
