NES-Metroid
GEN-Shining in the Darkness

Considering if you have Metroid Prime, and Metroid Fusion, you can unlock the original metroid simply by linking them together, I'm not sure how special the release of Metroid is.

Re: Wii Virtual Console Details

10-2
Two games previously unreleased in the states appear on the VC this week. Sin and Punishment is touted as one of the best shooters of it's time, and Super Mario Bros: The Lost Levels is actually Super Mario Bros 2 in Japan, and made a brief appearance in the Super NES title: Super Mario All Stars.

NES: Super Mario Bros: Lost Levels
N64: Sin and Punishment

One note however. Sin & Punishment is actually 1200 Wii points instead of the standard 1000 Wii points for a N64 Game.
