S-50 not playing saved recordings

Our S-50 stopped playing recorded songs but still works on live broadcasts. We've tried it with and without the earbuds, and we've taken the battery out for one minute. The S-50 voice says "Playlist" or whatever, but nothing we've saved will play.

Can anyone point me in the right direction on what to do?

There is an extensive S50 forum on Sirius Backstage (http://www.siriusbackstage.com/forum...splay.php?f=37) that has information on how to solve your problem. You may have to resort to a "three finger reset" (do a search), which unfortunately erases saved content. Good luck.
