so what does the little media tag wrap do

so what does the little media tag wrap box do.

i can guess wht the youtube one does not the media one

The media tag allows you to insert a .whv, .mpg type of video using the hyperlink to the media file.

For example:

[MEDIA]http://www.hometheaterforum.com/cedia2006/panax.wmv[/MEDIA]

Where as the YouTube tag allows you to put the ID number of the file on YouTube without the hyperlink.

For example:

[YOUTUBE]mnk5-IGPL4k[/YOUTUBE]

It is part of the media tag. You just have to put the whole url in instead of just the number.

[MEDIA]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rJBLocSokDE[/MEDIA]

Cool- you can put up YouTube videos without that stupid "YouTube" logo in the corner! BTW I had to figure this out- you put "MEDIA" with brackets [] around it, then the URL of the video, then "/MEDIA" with brackets around it again.

Well, can't seem to get Google Video to work- when I put the URL in it comes out like this:

[MEDIA]http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=6439319847201884581[/MEDIA]
