Tom & Jerry Spotlight Collection Replacement Program - Status please?

I was wondering if anyone can get an accurate update to the above stated program. Like many, I called immediately after I saw the announcement posted and it has been well over 2 months. I periodically call about status, and get a textbook quotation that I will be receiving it in 2 weeks.... I've been getting that message each week now for about a month and a half now. Also, each and every time, they keep saying that they are printing the labels....

First of all, I find this quite "appropriate" for as these are not actually TV programs... I know full well about how people have grew up with these on TV, but they were originally developed as theatrical releases...

At any rate, it appears that so far, this "replacement program" seems to be a phantom one, and I was asking if anyone in the know can shed some light, as those that have called are anxiously awaiting our discs...

I agree with you, Heathen. I simply meant that that is the place the discussion is taking place, whether or not you or I think it is the appropriate forum. Sorry if I wasn't clear.

Received my replacement discs from Warner today.

So when did you return the original discs? I'm still waiting for the return envelope to arrive from Warner.

It was a couple of months ago. I called the number posted in the original thread after the Warner chat about the replacement. They took my name and address at that time. The replacement discs that arrived today came with a pre-addressed and stamped cardboard mailer for returning the original discs, which I will send out tomorrow.

I called Warner months ago and my replacement discs finally came yesterday as well.
