Sirius-ready receivers

Hi all,

I am in the market for a stereo/surround sound setup (for both music and video).

So far while I have been browsing I have seen references to XM-ready receivers. I am assuming this means that all I would need is an XM antena and the receiver would be able to broadcast the XM content?

Well are there any Sirius-ready systems out there?

As far as I know, there aren't any Sirius ready receivers out.
