Big Brother 7 HTF Challenge

Daniel has done a great job with these contests in the past, so I'll be using his format for this challenge as well. I can't say the following any better than Daniel did, so I'll quote his post from last years challenge:

Each person will get to pick one houseguest for their winner pick. Each houseguest can only be picked once for the winner pick and that pick will be first come, first serve. Then pick three houseguests who you think will round out the final four, and these three houseguests will not be exclusive per participant, meaning the same houseguest can be added to any final four. Points will be awarded if your houseguest is the winner, in addition to having any of your final four (including your winner pick) finish in second, third, or fourth place. Points will also be awarded if any of your houseguests win HoH or PoV. The points scale is as follows:

First place (winner pick): 25
First place (final four pick): 20
Second place: 15
Third place: 10
Fourth place: 5
HoH or PoV: 3
Coup d'etat: 3

Week 1 points are not credited for HoH because the contest wasn't setup before the first show aired, in which Jase and Janelle won the Head of Household.

Nolan,

I concur that HOH points for Janelle and Jase would not be appropriate because of the timing. That's only fair. I meant to point this out (and I even have Jase as one of my final four) but forgot. Thanks for the clarification.

Well, you should win, Nolan, since you grabbed Erika (my first choice) right out from under me. I'll have to go with Sneaky Diane and admire Erika's "assets" from afar. And what's up with Diane's "Andrews Sisters" 40's hairdo?



Also, I've taken the liberty to add Jason Walstorm's choice of Jase to the roster since he mentioned it in the other BB7 thread. He doesn't have any other entries, but I didn't think it would hurt to add him if you don't mind.

I was wondering to myself "What happens in the event that there is a tie at the end?" I think the tiebreaker should be who's 'winner' pick finishes closest to the victory. What does everyone else think?

For example, if two people are tied at the end and one picked Will to win the whole thing (and he won Big Brother), that person would win the contest because his final pick got the furthest in the game.

I'd like to see what people think we should do for points for the "coup de etat" or whatever it's called. I was thinking 5 points... what does everyone else think? In your reply, please say "yes or no" and if you choose yes, how many points you think the reward should be worth.
