I would like to know whether anybody has any information about whether the series of films released under "The Whistler" rubric during the 1940s, with Richard Dix, by Columbia studios, currently owned by Sony, I think, have any chance of being released on DVD? I received a reply form an administrator but I believe I was misunderstood by the administrator in question; the films I was referring to were films, produced by Columbia, not TV shows. I am not inquiring about any TV shows. Anybody know anything?
