Does anyone know what the story is on Something Weird's Bad Kids box set, as to when of if it's going to get released?

That box was suppose to have been released around 3 years ago but was pulled after some legal B.S. (or that's what I heard). Something Weird's website has the item for sale at $40 but I'm not sure if they still have any in stock or if they forgot to pull the title. You might want to go there and see. I went ahead and got all the single titles and they're excellent if you enjoy that type of thing.
