Help me identify this actor

I was watching "The Player" the other day and have ever since been trying to identify one of the actors in this scene. He looks very familiar to me, but I don't know his name and I've gone up and down the cast list on IMDB trying to match the face to a name, but haven't been able to. He is the man on the extreme left of this screenshot. I figured someone here would probably know. Any help would be appreciated.

That's Ned Bellamy, recently seen in The Ice Harvest.

He was awesome on Seinfeld as the mailroom clerk that Elaine promoted to catalog writer and finally Vice President of J. Peterman. His writing was hilarious:

"You think about your knife.
The only friend who hasn't betrayed you.
The only friend who won't be dead in the morning.
Sleep tight, mates, in you chambret nightshirts."

I also love when Elaine tries to help him:

"Let's change 'kicking in a skull' to 'walking through a dewy meadow' and 'hail of shrapnel' to 'raspberry skones.'
