Gaming on a Panny 900

I have a Panasonic 900. Right now I only have a PS2 conented with S-Video. It looks ok, but doesn't fill the screen. Does the Xbox display games in widescreen and fill the entire 16:9 screen?

Also I only have component ran to the projector. Will/does the Xbox 360 or PS3 run HD,full screen over component?

Are you running on your xbox 360 over component to your panny?
