I don't want to upset the apple cart...but is the plasmadocs.com sticky thread over in Coupons & Bargains still valid/necessary?

It hasn't been updated since mid-November and even their website is still geared towards Christmas sales. From their home page:

Maybe a banner ad somewhere would be more appropriate. As important as I know advertising revenue is to the HTF, I never really liked the idea of having advertising in the thread content of the board itself.
