I just wanted to give 2 thumbs way up for Panamax Customer Service!
I bought a Panamax 1000+ at a yard sale for $10.00 about 3 years ago. Well about 2 weeks ago it died figuring I was going to have to pay out of pocket to get it fixed. I called Panamax to find a authorized center and they said if I sent back the 1000+ and a check for 25.00 that they would send me a new 4300EX. So less than a week after sending them a check and returning the 1000+ I got a new 4300 today. Thanks Panamax! You have a customer for life.
