I noticed the announcement of the upgrade next weekend, starting "after midnight Central Standard Time". But Daylight Saving Time is in effect until the following weekend (just before Halloween). At first, I though maybe the forum is somewhere in Indiana, but after some research CST is the one timezone they're not in during the "summer".
So anyway, saying just "Central Time" is probably safer all around (and all year 'round).
