I agree about Abyss and AJ becoming more characters. I hated that AJ interview with Tenay a week or two ago, though. It was really cheesy and had that awful background music.

Gotta stop it with these stupid run-ins too.

I've been critical of TNA lately because well, they deserve it.

However, I'll give them credit for one thing...their ShopTNA.com website has had some good deals this month.

I have gotten as Christmas gifts for friends this month:
A Raven/Jeff Hardy DVD 2 pack for only $9.99
A Knockouts DVD/2007 calendar for only $9.99

A couple of friends of mine bought The Best of Bloodiest Brawls DVD/Sacrifice 2005 2 pack for $9.99 and another purchased Against All Odds and Genesis 2005 for the same price.

Right now they have the AJ Styles and Christopher Daniels DVDs bundled together for $9.99 and they have a package that includes the Knockouts DVD, 2007 Calendar and autographed 8X10 photo for $19.99.

I ordered from them last friday, got the email that the stuff was shipped Monday and it arrived Wednesday.

So 2 thumbs up for Don West's insane deal of the day. Kind of makes me wish I didn't already have all but 2 DVDs that TNA has ever produced.

Finished watching Impact.

Excellent video promo for the Joe/Angle match.

Main event sucked. I really hate these types of matches with the big stars that last a short time and they easily perform their finishers on each other.

What was up with the crowd? During the Jim Cornette segment, they were awfully excited for no reason.

Just watched the Abyss/Sting/Christian match...man that was bad.

The Samoa Joe/Kurt Angle match is about to start. I really hope it helps me forget the rest of the PPV.

Wow, really awesome match!!! But. Ugh!!!!!! That finish with the ref and chair sucked!!! Why? Why? Still, awesome match!!!!

I didn't get to see the flag match, but the rest of the PPV was alright.

Really hate Russo's booking.

TNA and the WWE have merged...well sort of.

TNA's Jackie Gayda gave birth to a baby girl on Thursday, and WWE's Charlie Haas is the father.

Believe it or not but the angle hasn't been dropped on TV.

She was fired in the storyline so that she could have the time to deal with her pregnancy. Although it will be interesting when she comes back how they handle it seeing as how Gail Kim is now a face. I suppose they could bring Gayda back with James Storm as Chris Harris has Gail.

Call me crazy if you must but I enjoyed iMPACT tonight. I thought it was much better pased and we got longer matches than in the past few weeks. They also focused on a few angles.

I thought it was a good show, too. It had a big feel to it and things flowed really well. Loved the Paparrazi video. Angle's segments was over the top, and some of it came across unintentionally funny.

iMPACT recap

This recap also features my bonus essay titled: "Dixie Carter should send a Christmas Fruit Basket to Vince McMahon every year for the next 10,000 years"

Also I figure out what the Christian/Abyss/Sting storyline actually is, and explain why this may be my favorite episode of iMPACT ever. Probably the best thing I've written on this show. I'll gladly discuss this show with anyone else who watched it here in this thread.

Uck, that show was awful.

TNA really needs to do something with their storytelling. It just doesn't work for them as it does for WWE. Get rid of that Tenay backstage interview setup that he had with AJ weeks ago. It just doesn't come across serious enough. They need more of that black background, close-up interview style. The in-ring stuff needs to be tighter. As a whole, the show just feels like a series of random segments.

I didn't get to see last week's show.

The brawl at the end between Angle and Joe was really well done. And the Runt vs. Homicide match had a cool spot with Runt taking the powerbomb onto an inclined ladder from Hernandez. Show needs to have more wrestling on it!

I have written more about TNA in the past 3 days than people that get paid to do this.

Everything you need to know about Final Resolution including predictions for this year's event and comprehensive reviews of the last 2 Final Resolution Pay Per Views, and if last year's is not an example of how different you can feel on second viewing, well then I don't know what is.

The Sting angle made no sense and I explain why, the resolution of this angle on this show tonight made me laugh out loud at how little sense it made.

I also spoil who Christian's surprise for Angle is so beware.

Just when I think Kurt Angle says the stupidest things ever...
